How do I get past the "Javascript is disabled" error when accessing the TCAdmin control panel?

Some users have reported a "JavaScript is disabled on your browser. Please, enable JavaScript and refresh this page." error that appears when trying to access the (TCAdmin) Control Panel allowing control of your voice service. This error simply prevents the "LOGIN" button from appearing, and can be rectified one of two ways:

1) Install and enabled JavaScript in your web browser, and then close and re-open your web browser.

2) Enter your login information ("Username" and "Password", supplied on sign-up), and then press the "ENTER" key on your keyboard to login.

Note: The "JavaScript is disabled" error has so far only shown the effect of having the login button not display, so if you use method 2 above, there should be no additional issues experienced by not having JavaScript enabled on your web browser.
