When you say you keep no user logs, how do you handle that technically?

no logging

In order to guarantee that our clients' activities are not logged, our .ovpn files have the following line: “log /dev/null”. As OpenVPN by default will log to a file, this line is imperative to ensure that log data goes nowhere and we stay true to our privacy guarantee. That said, we do not store anything for any length of time as far as logs go, it’s all sent to /dev/null.
